HTML5 Update. Generating in realtime more natural Santa's Village.

Engine:

1. Now game is frame independent. It will not cause more errors with building city on realtime.
2. Game will consume less memory and cpu.
3. Is playable on web browser on PC.

UI:

1. Game is more colorful, city is bigger with the parallax 'layers' in the background.
2. Horizon is more natural and have colors near the Earth edge.

Gameplay:

1. Hot Milk will defrost screen that was frozen by hitting clouds.
2. Tutorial added.
